I use this everytime someone in my household has a cold or cough. Seems to help them breath easier.

I bought this after reading testimonials on dissolving bone spurs. I used it full strength and broke out in a rash all over. I'm sure it works well but I believe it needs to be diluted along with a carrier oil.
Excellent blend for colds and congestion. I mix this with coconut oil (another carrier oil would work) and put in a roller bottle. I think it helps shorten a cold.

Idk about the actual health benefits of it, all I know is that it smells amazing and makes me feel good. Some people say the smell is an acquired taste, but I’ve liked it since I first tried this stuff years ago. It arrived at the perfect time too. I was just diagnosed with strep and got home to find it had been delivered. It’s in the essential oil diffuser right now :)

Our baby 4months at the time would wake up screaming because she was so congested ; nothing worked not even the snot suckers or any medicine…One of my patients overheard me talking to another nurse of how I was so lost on what to do ; he recommended this .. I put a few drops in our frida baby diffuser ! And Omgsh it worked like mágic ! I use it every blue moon when the temperature changes drastically or when there’s to much pollen. And she doenst get congested
I’ve always loved RC but this time around I got my dad to use it AND he even loved it and raved about how well it worked. And that is saying a lot! . It won’t “cure” a cold, but it will shorten it by at least half and it will be very minimal in discomfort. I applied it before bed and upon waking, and kept it on me all day at work and school. It definitely is strong at first, but I applied it on breaks so that by the time I was back in class, it was very light. Always respect that some people are very sensitive to aromas, so try to apply it and let it soak in on a break or away from others.

My husband does not care for the smell of this but I think it helps improve the quality of sleep. I think that the price is especially too high for this small bottle and most probably will not repurchase.
R.C. is amazing! We purchased it to see if it may help our child that has asthma and allergies. Life seemed to be a constant routine of steroid inhalants, cough drops and cough syrup to get him through the school day and with a good nights rest for our 5year old. In my opinion, way to many medications for a little one. We were hesitant to use it but, just a day after receiving it, I ended up coming down with an upper respiratory infection. After two day and it getting worse, I mixed R.C. with olive oil and applied on the chest. There was a huge difference overnight and within two days, I was back to normal. My husband the skeptic then used it for a cold that was never ending even after prescribed medications and within a day, huge improvement. From there we tested it on our son. Cut the duration of his cough and cold by more than half for that instance and then a month later he started coughing in the middle of the night. Instead of cough syrup, mixed up RC and olive oil and applied to the bottom of feet and chest. Within ten minutes the coughing stopped and it was only two days before he recovered without any inhalants. This mama is very happy with this product!
