Essential Oil Life is pleased to offer a generous refund and return policy to all customers.
RETURN POLICY
If there is damage, leakage, or contamination of a product, please contact us at service@choose-your-life.com to receive a return shipping label.
Otherwise, if you are dissatisfied with any Young Living product, you may return:
Any opened or unopened product within 30 days after shipment for a full refund in the same method of payment of the purchase price and applicable sales tax (less shipping charges).
Any opened product more than 30 days after shipment for a possible credit or partial refund.

Essential Oil Life reserves the right to review each return or exchange on a case-by-case basis.
REFUND GUIDELINES
Upon receiving your returned order, we will inspect and review products to determine eligibility of a refund. We will send an email to the email address associated with the order to confirm if products are or are not eligible for a refund.
Refunds will be reverse to the credit or debit used to make the original order.
Please allow 7-10 days the refund to process. If after that, you have not received a refund, please contact your bank to verify funds were not transferred. If still no refund was received, please contact us at service@choose-your-life.com for further assistance.
