From the Merriam-Webster dictionary, humility means “the state of being humble.” Both humility and humble have their origin in the Latin word humilis, meaning "low."
Humility essential oil blend helps you let go of the feeling of not being good enough, which comes from agitation, anger, frustration, irritability, jealousy, obsessiveness, and resentment. It is when you feel humble that you will bring in the positive emotions of self-worth, contentment, humility, and faith.
DIRECTIONS
Topical: Apply 2–4 drops to the desired area. Dilution is not required, except for the most sensitive skin.
Aromatic: Diffuse up to 1 hour 3 times daily.
