ABOUT
Clove was listed in Hildegard’s Medicine, a compilation of early German medicines by highly regarded Benedictine Herbalists, Hildegard of Bingen (1098-1179). Native to the Maluku Islands of Indonesia, the clove tree is a tropical evergreen species that produces thousands of small, fragrant flower buds. These buds are harvested when they ripen to a deep red color, then dried and steam distilled to produce Clove essential oil. Healers in China and India have used clove buds since ancient times as part of their treatments. Eugenol, cloves' principal constituent was used in the dental industry for years to numb gums. Clove and Clove Vitality are the same essential oil.
DIRECTIONS
Topical: Dilute 1 drop with 4 drops of V-6™ Vegetable Oil Complex and apply to the desired area as needed.
Aromatic: Diffuse up to 30 minutes 3 times daily.
