Rue belongs to the Rutaceae family, commonly known as the rue or citrus family, of flowering plants. This essential oil comes from Young Living’s Finca Botanica Farm and Distillery in Chongon, Ecuador, and it is included in RutaVaLa™, Common Sense™, and Sleep Essence™.
DIRECTIONS
Topical: Apply 2–4 drops directly to the desired area. In case of sensitivity, dilute as needed in V-6™ or olive oil. Use as needed.
Aromatic: Diffuse up to 1 hour 3 times daily.
